Dear PAO,
I was recently hired as a regular sales agent in one of the top motor vehicle companies in the country. During my probationary period, I met the required sales targets primarily by offering motor vehicles to friends and family. Now that I am a regular employee, however, I’m finding it increasingly difficult to reach potential clients outside my personal network. The challenge is further compounded by rising fuel prices, which is discouraging many prospective buyers. Because of this, I’m concerned that I may struggle to meet the sales quota in the coming months. What are the repercussions if I fail to meet my sales quota?
